➢ Handles and redirects incoming phone calls to the concern party
➢ Responsible in handling and maintaining the filling system of the office.
➢ In-charge and responsible in rendering orders for office supply use & any other related equipment thereto.
➢ In-charge in receiving customer inquiries and eventually coordinates and solicits prices and pricing schemes from the concern Suppliers
➢ Assist is the facilitation and negotiation of customer and supplier dealings so as to be able to have a final outcome of their agreement.
➢ Reviews and evaluates the status of transaction that is being negotiated and requested for.
➢ Prepares and makes Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Orders (P.O.) & Packing List which is subject for approval and confirmation prior to its finalization.
➢ Closely coordinates with the Suppliers & its Forwarder in the arrangement for its handling and delivery of ordered goods, either it be AIR / SEA Freight.
➢ Coordinates and facilitates bookings and other similar packages of hotel accommodations guest and VIPs.
➢ Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time
