Job Role:
I have implemented efficient systems that have allowed me to focus more on outreach strategy, technical, training, leadership and management, rather than on fields.
Represent the organization externally and coordination with other actors. Develop processes, tools and guidelines to ensure smooth project management and implementation. Manage all project external technical coordination related to the areas of responsibility and ensure to involve the management in all updates.
Manage and supervise the project’s team Activities, projects plans, and the project in daily basis.
Organize the work of the team to optimize the capacity of each team member.
Manage the project plans including Project plans, timeline, Project framework, budgets and track the project in daily basis.
Job Role:
Mercy Corps implemented the UNICEF funded project ―Child Protection‖ in 12 Makani Centers and 7 Playgrounds in Azraq and Zaatari Camps, I was assigned to manage 2 Makani Centers in Zaatari and to 2 Makani Centers in Azraq, in addition, I supervised 6 Playgrounds in Zaatari and 1 playground in Azraq. Through this period, I performed the following tasks:
Site Management
Supervised around 90 Syrian facilitators in Zaatari, and around 50 Syrian facilitators in Azraq Camp
Followed-up on the daily work and the facilitators’ timesheets.
Developed the daily work schedule and followed-up the performance of the facilitators.
Conduct capacity building training for the facilitators, in addition to developing a list of needs for the technical team.
Support in organizing visits, meeting, events, training and workshops by MC or other partner organizations.
Produce reports and support overall project M&E efforts.
Represent MC in different meetings and working groups with the donor and other partner organizations.
Developed and trained the outreach team in both camps. Program Management
Managed the implementation of the structured psycho-social activities developed by MC (123 Move, Comfort for Kids, and Family Superhero) in addition to other programs developed by the donor (Life Skills, and Music Therapy)
Delivered lessons learned and success stories in cooperation with the M&E team.
Develop Drop-in monthly themes for the sites.
Emphasized opportunities for girls and boys to equally benefit from sites. Logistical Support
Developed the ―improve sites‖ plan and report it to the logistical support team.
Creating a list of needs for each site on regular basis.
Job Role:
Conduct workshop sessions with refugee children and outreach children.
Coordinate educational and psychotherapy events for children participation.
Worked as a Focal point coordinator while being a field assistant to coordinate events.
Supervise team members.
Write reports that measure the influence of educational and emotional programs applied on children.
Carry out special awareness programs with both parents and children.
Supervise sub projects within the main project.
Ensuring gender equality in education/ psychotherapy.
