Involved in the senior management meetings for setting /upgrading the process, and procedures for
policies and products.
• Responsible for monitoring all pending business among all CIB Channels to ensure setting all
colleagues incomplete tasks and jobs.
• Managing and supervising a team of 6-8 financial advisors across different CIB Zones.
• On site supervision through weekly visits to ensure the teams are all aligned and the flow of work is
consistent.
• Manage a monthly meeting for the whole team members to sustain team spirit by sharing
experiences, issues, and case studies between the whole team.
• Enhance the productivity of the team members.
• Achieve the planned sales target.
• Develop a better relationship with the existing and potential clients, along with CIB colleagues to
maintain a healthy environment.
• Audit the inclusiveness and quality of the new business submitted by the team.
• Keep the policies issued on the books, increase retention ratio, but not limiting to delivery of unit
and benefit of statement and addressing submission.
• Holding monthly meetings with |CIB Senior Managers discussing numbers, setting action plans,
solving any problems.
• Deputing Sales Manager in Senior Meetings to sustain smooth flow of business.
• Attending Hr meetings, participating in the new joining FAs selection process, placing interviews
and filtering successfully candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• To achieve the quarterly assigned target through conducting different daily activities of
face to face approaches, Selling Interviews, phone calls etc.…
• To provide sales and technical support to bank staff on product details, benefit illustrations,
insurance policies, etc... Also, to support bank staff when prospects have unique requirements that
cannot be met by the available packages, such as requiring complex savings plans or detailed

advice, or with loan debt obligations elsewhere, and needing protection.
• To monitor and follow up on bank staff activities related to approaching prospects to arrange for
meetings and selling life insurance to these prospects and be responsible for the weekly,
monthly, and annual activity reporting required by the Company, for the assigned CIB
branches.
• To act as the link between CIB staff and the Company, in terms of collecting
completed application forms and proofs of initial premium payments and submitting
them to the company.
• To be responsible for the in-CIB Branches supplies replenishment of brochures, corporate
profiles, application and Investment guide, by monitoring branch supplies and requesting
supplies from Marketing Department.
• To attend regular meetings held by the Bank management to address action plans, activities,
trainings, etc.…
• To provide the customers with superior after sale services such as but not limited to medical
bookings arrangements, conducting welcome calls etc...
• To identify new sales opportunities among existing clients to boost sales through cross
selling, taking referrals, etc...
• To meet all business requirements in terms of accuracy and reports deadlines.
• To maintain High Premium Persistency measures by consistent following up on his /her policies at
risk and do all required retention efforts.
• To be responsible for his / her branch archiving system.
• To follow company policies and procedures in terms of regulatory guidelines, PCI, etc.…
