•Developing & implementing maintenance program for all equipments of Coke cutting & Coke handling system.
•Commissioning of all equipments (Cutting Pumps, Cutting Equipment, Bridge Bucket Cranes, Crushers, Conveyors, Trippers, Reclaimers, Ship Loader.)
•Transition of maintenance systems to SAP (Equipment Master Data, Spares Cataloging, BOM Creation, etc.).
•Planning of all maintenance activities of JERP COKER
•Planned & un-planned Mechanical Maintenance of Coke Handling system.
•Annual budget preparation for Plant Mechanical Maintenance.
•Lead Maintenance representative for erection & commissioning of
a.All Coker heaters (5 nos.) including the draft fans (12 nos.).
b.3.5MW Centrifugal barrel jet Pumps for Coke Cutting System.
c.60” & 36” Coke drum un-heading Delta valves (8 each).
d.Hydraulic system for Decoking & Un-heading equipments.
•Lead in team for Equipment master data creation, Bill of Material creation, Spare Parts Interchangeability Record creation & updating the information in SAP system.
•Manning, training & development of Shift technicians.
•Daily & monthly report preparation & publishing.
•Planning Co-ordinator for Shutdowns (Part & Complete S/D).
•Maintenance of equipments spares & procurement of spares.
•Scheduling of preventive & periodic maintenance activities, scheduled shutdown activities.
•Co-ordination with various vendors for supply & queries regarding equipments & spares.
•Review of equipments to enable de-bottlenecking of equipments to increase plant processing capacity.
•Participate as an Auditor OR Auditee for various audits, viz. IMS, SSAC, MIQA, PSM etc.
