• Distinguished efforts towards handling the entire sales of Commercial IT Park for commercial office space, Shops and Retail outlets.
• Effectively conducted Advertisement & Sales Promotional activities at different places & searched new avenues of cost-effective Marketing Communication.
• Rendering effective customer service by addressing queries/issues of clients to ensure smooth flow of operations and adherence of service norms.
• Identifying & developing new streams for long term relationship and revenue growth with customers to achieve repeat/referral business.
• Successfully handling corporate accounts and also coordinates with different Banks, Doctors, Insurance Offices, LIC Advisors and Brokers for the generation of new Leads.
• Achieve sales volumes through continuous efforts by giving presentations / demonstration on products and services. Identifying prospective clients and soliciting business of products & services to ensure sales targets & revenues

• Effectively conducted regular site visit of clients to all projects like Besa, Jamtha, Shankarpur and Wanadongari at MIHAN (Malty Model International Hub Airport at Nagpur) area.
• Effectively conducted Advertisement & Sales Promotional activities like Events, seminars at different places & searched new avenues.
• Coordinating with different Govt. sector and privet sector offices for the presentation, advertisement and generation of new leads.
• Identifying & developing new streams for long term relationship and revenue growth with customers to achieve repeat/referral business.
• Rendering effective customer service by addressing queries/issues of clients to ensure smooth flow of operations and adherence of service norms.
• Successfully achieved monthly Sales target and recovery of payments.
