Here my major roles include following tasks in routine schedule, arrange/assemble necessary
tools, equipment, and manpower required to perform Steel/Concrete construction work like
structural slab, columns/beams & other structural elements.
Check and ensure necessary preparations for the installation of concrete forms including the
removal of obstacles, excavation, and filling.
Monitor construction of forms and bracings according to Survey Points and in close coordination with Structural/Architectural drawings.
Inspect steel and/or wire reinforcing and expansion joints.
Supervise concrete placement and pouring.
Supervise helpers, steel fixers, carpenters, and masons in throughout process of concrete
placement, finishing, and scoring.
Maintain adequate barricades and traffic control devices to protect uncured concrete.
In addition to above, monitor daily work program & prepare progress reports, manpower
allocation report.
2. Dubai, General Foreman in VILLAS PROJECT @ DUBAI from 3, April
2011 to 13, OCT 2011.
