• Oversees the establishment ofthe Construction Management Plan, Site Specific Health and safety plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other required documents.
• Review and monitor the contractors, proposed construction equipment and manpower histogram and escalating the shortfall to management on time.
• Regular Visits to Project site for Global monitoring of site activities in respect ofQuality, Safety and escalating to the management representatives offindings, area ofconcern and corrective action.
• Estimate budgetary needs based on the scope ofthe project and manage costs to ensure the project budgets are met
• Assuring the contractor's, suppliers running bills and ERP entries are certified and paid on timely manner.
• Works to devise and and executes action plans to rectify potential cost over runs or delays, or to accommodate the significant changes to the scope ofwork.
• Facilitates team and contractor meetings on weekly basis
• Supervises the work of stakeholders, consultants, contractors and sub contractors.
• Coordinating the drafting ofrequisitions, sub contract scopes of work, amendments and task orders
