Accounting Responsibilities:
• Maintaining accounts receivable & accounts payable.
• Enter posting of Purchase, Sales, Payment and Receipt collection in Oracle ERP.
• Reconciliation of Bank, Debtors & Creditors.
• Preparing outstanding list of Debtors & making Payment follow-up.
• Handled customer queries.
• Knowledge of maintaining petty cash.
• Responsible for receiving sales cash from shops and depositing into the bank (35 shops).
• Preparing daily/weekly sales report for each shop.
• Participate in the preparation of salary for staff (130 staff).
• Participates in the preparation of various financial reports.
• Responsible for documentation.
Store Responsibilities:
• Issue and Deliver materials to various shops/departments, inter divisions and individuals as per requisition approved by the Regional & Locations Managers.
• Following First in First out (FIFO) & Last in First out (LIFO) method of issuing the material
to avoid expires.
• Keep Exact Record of Incoming & Outgoing Materials.
• Raise materials purchase requisition.
• Verification of received materials (Quantity & Quality) as per Purchase Order (POs).
• Preparation of 'Goods Receipt Note' on daily basis for all material received and circulating the copy of information to Purchase section and concerned department.
• Make sure that quantity in the warehouse is above the minimum level & Re order the same.
• Conducts periodic stock verification and reconciliation for identification and elimination of discrepancy, if any so as to bring it to the notice of higher authorities to take corrective action.
• Responsible for ensuring proper computerization (enter the receiving & issuing materials in to the system) and documentation.
• Generating of Inventory related, Purchase related, Issuing related reports in daily, monthly & yearly basis.
• Preparation of applications for receiving DEPB, VKGUY, Focus Market Scheme (FMS), Focus Product Scheme (FPS), DFIA, DES and EPCG license from DGFT.
• Preparation of DFIA, Advance License and EPCG file for obtaining redemption from DGFT (Closure of license).
• Various applications submitted on net (DEPB, VKGUY, FMP, FPS, DFIA, DES and EPCG license applications).
• Preparation of documents needed for the necessary Audit, Re - Construction and Verification of shipping bill at Nhava Sheva Custom & Air Cargo Custom.
• Preparation of documents needed for the necessary Bond cancellation of license at Nhava Sheva Custom & Air Cargo Custom.
• Preparation of Bank Realization Certificate.
