Keyresponsibilities:-
•Applying new JAFZA FREE ZONE and Dubai Employment Visa and Renewal Employment visa and cancellation of Employment visa.
•Ensure all visas, Medical and Emirates ID and Labour permit are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
•Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as salary/wages, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports.
•Determine staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization’s objectives.
•Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements .
•Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters.
•Organize employee welfare services such as health and well being programs, first aid and fire warden training, superannuation and social activities
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting rein compliance.
•Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
•To ensure timely renewal of passports and contracts.
•To maintain personal files and records per training to cancellation, leave, rewards and penalties for all employees.
•Responsible for preparing warning, Termination and Promotion letters.
•To complete employees leave application forms.
•To complete rejoining reports of there turning labours from vacation and all ocate their duties.
•To work on cancellation and absconding reports as per company procedures.
•Drafting letters, memos, email correspondence and preparing reports based on various aspects and needs.
•Arranging transportations for our official purpose.
•Our company vichles registration yearly renewal and maintains timely follow up.
•Pre pairing our hr expense weekly and monthly submitting accounts department
