Job Responsibilities
•Co-ordinating with various freight forwading companies for importing & exporting of Control Valves, Safety Relief Valve & Spare Parts.
•Monitoring the movement of shipments both import & exports.
•Arranging import & export documents (legalizations of Invoice packing list and Certificate of Origin) for clearing the shipments both Airport and Sea Port.
•Co-ordinating with the planning team for the expedation of project orders as per the project requirements.
