• Analysis of financial statements and Interpretation of the same to make Management understand the operational efficiencies of the company.
• Management of Cash flow to ensure Assets are properly managed and Commitments (Liabilities) are appropriately honored on due dates.
• Management of Banking Relationships to ensure adequate funding support is obtained for the purpose of project activities/ working capital of the company.
• Forecasting and planning Banking Facility utilization to ensure bonds (Tender, Performance., Advance and retention) are arranged when required and prospective and ongoing projects are not disturbed due to insufficient bank facility
• Cash flow planning / Collection planning
• Processing salary and wages (Staff & Site workers) through WPS and managing the online payment of SALIK, DEWA, DU, Etisalat Etc.
• Administration of letter of credits ( LCs) and preparation of final accounts in compliance with IFRS
