Main activities and responsibilities: -
 Management functions: Initiation, Planning, execution, control & monitor and closure of projects.
 Provide technical support to MEP team, construction and commissioning team.
 Leading the Design & Supervision Consultants and Contractors throughout the duration of the project. Manage end-to-end engineering solutions related to the MEP works of the Site development
 Reviewing the project drawings from contractors- SLD, schematic, wiring diagrams, lighting/small power & ELV drawings, equipment and containment arrangement layouts, electrical calculations: breaker, cable and Containment size calculations.
 Ensuring that MEP design and project drawings meets local regulations and international standards and codes.
 Review scope of works and design drawings & specifications and preparing the shop drawings and technical submittals for engineering approval.
 Preparing the standardized MEP Engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency in high quality deliverables.
 Plan, Estimate, Tendering and execution of sub-contract agreements. Handle negotiation meeting with stake holders for the technical bid evaluations and finalization of prices.
 Providing guidance that captures design decisions that minimize cost and time overruns, at the same time delivering high quality projects.
 Reviewing the design of MEP components at various stages, in line with the approved design criteria and standards
 Conduct Value Engineering studies in order to identify and recommend areas for cost reduction from optimal re-design of projects and optimal quantity of required construction materials.
 Interfacing with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders to monitor the status of the Projects & Oversee the execution of MEP activities
 Identify any changes to master plan/Project that may have design implications, communicate to stakeholders (Construction, Project Management, Procurement and Development Management) and propose mitigation strategies.
 Liaison with the Site team/consultants to make sure that the drawings and design are as per the local regulations and international standards.
 Attend regular technical/ progress/cost/ planning meetings as required
 Monitor and control the progress of the project delivered by the contractor and the consultant to ensure that the project specifications and approved parameters are met.
 Support/Validate the Consultants proposals and advice management on the recommendation for appointment of consultants when needed.
 Review, comment and validate any changes from approved tender documents proposed by consultants / contractors.
 Review the cost and time impact submitted by consultants and advise the project team the actual impact and mitigation measures.
 To ensure smooth handover of facilities to the operator or facility management company.
 Liaise with the consultants to make sure that the engineer design is as per the Cameroon IGH regulations and international standards

Main activities and responsibilities:-
 Management functions: Control, monitor and closing of projects.
 Verify and witnessing the routine test for Transformers, switch gear panels, MCC, PCC etc., as per IEC
standards/QAP/MQP.
 Witnessing of Factory acceptance test (Dielectric test, insulation resistance test, continuity, CT polarity test, Ductor
test. secondary current injection test & Etc., ) for LT Motor Panels, MCC, PCC, Control panels, transformer,
transformer control panel and other panels as per ITP/QAP & IEC 61439.
 Verifying of electrical parts (CT&VT as per IEC-61869-1 & 2, Relays as per IEC60255, Contactors, ACB &MCCBs
as per IEC-60947 and bus bars) as per IEC standards.,
 Verifying and witnessing of Functional test for MCC, PMC Panel, Tr. Moisture removal control panels and etc.,
 Reviewing of Raw material test certificates for all individual parts of Motor & panels and transformer & Etc., and test
reports for CT.VT, Bus bars and etc., as per ITP/MQP & IEC Standards.
 Verifying and Making sure that the supplier/vendor has submitted the Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and inspection
& Test Plan (ITP) prior to stating the relevant activity. Verify the Inspection & Test Plans and other Quality Verification Forms are addressing to all necessary information outlined in the project specification or in the Manufacturer recommendations.
 Reviewing the Test certificates and all relevant documents as per inspection test plan/Quality test plan.
Inspection Carried out:-
HV/MV/LV Electrical equipment’s such as Transformers, MV and LV Switchgears, APFC Panel, MCC, PCC, Control panels, LV Motors, etc.

Project Name:- Club House buildings /Golf club- Qatar Foundation
 Responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project as per the contract specifications & work procedures, and within the allocated time, schedule and budget.
 Compliance with Client’s Health, Safety, Environmental procedures, and ensure the clients Objectives are achieved
 Work with the Project Manager to eliminate and resolve conflicts,
 Supervise and direct various construction activities and coordination of interfaces between various construction contractors within project.
 Review and approve construction contractor’s submittals; work procedures, material submittals, testing and commissioning reports, operation manuals & As-built drawings,
 Monitor project progress and resolve all issues that may arise,
 Lead, motivate, and assign tasks to field supervisors & QC inspectors.
✓ Responsible to inspect and verify the materials as per the project specifications.
✓ Responsible to inspection and verify the installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical/Mechanical Works as per Kahramaa standards & regulations/ IEC/NFPA standards.
✓ Assisting for preparing to submit the Kahramaa drawings, final approval and QCDD Documents.
✓ Preparation of project closure report and project handover.

 Provide technical support to construction and commissioning team
 Verifying the guideline for detailed drawing are followed before issuing them for site execution.
 Manage the project site making sure that the entire workforce is adhering to the safety requirements.
 Prepare and execute the capital expenditure budget and to keep cost under control.
 Maintain the highest quality standards from suppliers and to check in detail that all quality standards are met.
 Work closely with the design team making sure that impractical design are reworked efficiently thereby not producing delays for the project.
 Monitor the project schedule in accordance with the overall planning of the project and keep time lines with in control.
 Snagging all possible areas of the site making sure that before complete handover to the operations team all snagging has been contained.
 Lead the project by ensuring with consultant, suppliers, designers, are all coordinated effectively and there is a natural flow of communication between all parties at all time.
 Working with the design consultant to feed the right information in order to create the vision into a design.
 Ensure all local approvals are in place before scheduling particular works.
 Liaising with the finance team to make sure all suppliers invoices are meet according to a set out schedule.
 Collating and verifying bill of quantities of various works in conjunction with the respective consultant and appointed vendors.
 Coordinate with Designing team for preparing of electrical and schematic layout of the project using AutoCAD.
 Carry out testing of cables, transformers and other electrical equipment’s, to provide the report to client.
 Verifying & confirming BOQ, Prelims & other expenses in advance to avoid unwarranted /unaccounted costs
 Review clients offers, drawings and preparing technical Bid evaluation
 Monitor progress and quality control during the process of installation and rising for the inspection.
 Provide detailed drawings, sketches to prepare the shop drawing and As-built drawings.
 Reporting to the work progress, and work with the project manager for resolving all issues encountered.

 Preparing of cable schedule, load schedule, load balance and equipment lists.
