Project NEOM Infrastructure works. Responsibilities:
• Ensure the works are completed in a safe and timely manner by ensuring optimum use of resources.
• Ensure that the project execution is carried out meeting the contracts requirements and specifications.
• Reviewing all Shop drawings, Method statements, RFIs and other submittals digitally (Aconex) and releasing the same on timely manner.
• Raising all the site related HSE, quality and Environmental observation in BIM 360 and make sure that contractor is attending and closing all the observations.
Projects: Upgrade of Road 811 - JAFZA, Jebel Ali Construction of Development yards at Container terminal -1, JAFZA DEWA Solar Park - Earth work and Grading Surface Stormwater Network - JAFZA North Jebel Ali Responsibilities:
• Running the site from setup to completion, controlling aspects of site operations & management.
• Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budgets.
• Forecast Labour, Material and Plant
• Set Targets and Monitor.
• Day to day management of site activities liaison with the Site Engineers

Infrastructure works in Sheraton Doha Renovation Project.
Infrastructure works in Qatar Economic Zone-1 project.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the project execution is carried out meeting the contracts requirements and specifications.
• Managing the planning and execution of construction activities.
• Managing sub-contractor performance.
• Monitoring the overall execution of the Contract and maintain accurate daily reporting of progress

Batinah Expressway package 1
Construction of 45KM of dual 4 Lane expressways with Link roads, service roads, Interchanges and culverts. Responsibilities:
• Reporting to senior project manager.
• Construction Manager for 20KM of Expressway.
• Manage construction, plan resources, review progress and report.
• Review Method statements, and shop drawings.
• Monitor and ensure Quality and Safety by ensuring coordination among different sections.
• Manage Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Coordinate with commercial section and advice about variations.
• Organize and implement Traffic management plan.
• Review progress and prepare reports. Provide organizational support to Project Engineers etc.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting Project Manager.
• Manage Construction of road, all utility networks and coordination among Site agents and other section managers to accomplish planned completion.
• Effective coordination and execution of site activities in accordance with project schedule in conformance with applicable specifications and project quality plans.
• Monitor progress of work, prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to management, organize internal
meeting.
• Review Method statement and other constructability issues, temporary work details and advice office engineering on technical submissions.
• Coordinate with commercial section and advice about variations.
