• Preparing overall schedule in Primavera P6 based on Main contractor schedule.
• Monitoring the site installation works as per the shop drawing.
• Tracking the site installation activities as per the schedule.
• Develop overall schedule in P6 & Microsoft Project in consultation with all stakeholders;
• Maintain and update plan and schedules to ensure on time completion of projects;
• MTO finalisation in consultation with Engineering;
• Cost estimation, budget preparation and forecasting for projects;
• Invoice coordination, change management / variation claims;
• Progress reporting and productivity analysis;
• Preparing Method Statements for the installation works;
• Assisting project team on overall coordination including suppliers, subcontractors etc.
• Develop overall schedule in MS Project in consultation with all stakeholders;
• Man-hours and cost forecasting;
• Client coordination on planning, variations, supply and invoicing related matters;
• MTO finalisation in consultation with Engineering;
• Coordination with Procurement and site - Materials Order finalisation to delivery on site;
• Monthly, weekly and daily reports for the running project;
• Managing project documents Materials Submittals, Method Statement, Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection Test Plan, and Risk Assessment;
