Job Profile:
Reporting to General Manager, Executing ELV \[IPTV, SMATV, CCTV, ANPR, Telephone EPABX Intercom, structured cabling, Barrier Gate\] projects, Responsible for the on-site execution multiple sites, Supervise, monitor and appraise the construction & installation performance ensuring that works are completed on time and any necessary corrective actions are taken in such areas as safety, quality, planning and scheduling, Development and participation in the site QA/QC plan ensuring that the highest standards are consistently maintained, Monitoring change control ensuring change requests are submitted and followed through in the correct and timely manner, Development of a detailed schedule of work and where necessary highlighting critical resource requirements. Analysis of complex issues coordinating the resolution of any problems that arise with limited supervision, Ensuring the correct permits (i.e. PTW) are in place prior to work commencing, Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, ensuring that the correct procedures are in place and being carried out at all times. Communicate effectively and efficiently and to anticipate/advise needs, Ensure there is suitable hand-over and cover for your workload for times of planned absence, working to tight timelines and interfacing with suppliers, managing a team of 10 Engineers, review technical design requirements with engineers, Minutes of meeting, preparing action plan, self-correspondence,

Negotiate contract terms & conditions and pricing, follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms. Multitasking abilities, increasing client base, submitting the business proposal, Looking for potential Clients for AMC contracts for maintaining existing clients assets ex: IPTV, SMATV, CCTV. Follow up on pending payments and potential business, attending exhibitions and knowing information about market trends.
