 Handling the Raw Material warehouse, a warehouse of 4000sqft with 34 aisle of 6 levels, with a storing capacity of 5750 pallets, managing 360 Sku’s of Raw Materials and 6000 Sku’s Finish Goods Materials in an open Yard of 300, 000sqft, using the latest ERP BAAN, WMS and SAP.
 Develop strategies to improve Logistics, Warehouse & Yard operations.
 Arrange clearance of all incoming materials in the most efficient manner meeting the requirement of Materials and Manufacturing Department.
 Organize yard & warehouse resources to move, receive and despatch goods in a timely and efficient manner to achieve high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
 To supervise the storing of finished goods, raw material, drums and other company assets for optimal and efficient utilization of the yard storage area and to ensure traceability of goods and preventing damages to material.
 Supervise Collection, segregation and disposal of scrap and waste by following the environmental and other policies of Ducab to achieve best return of value.
 Co-ordinate with required departments for stock checks of stored material to verify system records for the same.
 Motivate and encourage team work amongst workers to achieve the goals of the department.
 Promoting culture of 5S in the department to ensure upkeep of yard.
 Responsible to ensure loaded products are safe for transportation as far as reasonably practicable.

Assists the Supervisor in the coordination of Shipping and Receiving schedules, scheduling workloads, ensuring equipment levels are safely and properly maintained.
 Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions
 Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
 Maybe called upon to handle customers and carriers at different management levels
 Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel
 Follow pick lists; Revise packing slips and Load status verification
 Acts as backup to the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
 Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
 Ensure/Supervise warehouse security / open and close accordingly.
 Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
 Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of enterprise practices. All resources are utilized efficiently.
 Assure proper documentation of all approved “Inbound” and “Outbound” of materials
 Support Supervisor to coordinate monthly Physical Inventories and Cycle Counts as requested by Inventory Control Manager.
 Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to Supervisor.
 Must coordinate a team discipline of a clean & accurate paperwork to reduce possible future transaction errors.
 Coordinate warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping with the warehouse associates on a daily basis.
