Analysis of process &quality control parameters standard methodology (ASTM, UOP, ISO, APHA)
•Carries out a wide range of physical and chemical testing activities upon samples of petroleum products,
•Report release to process thought out by LIMS and Business object.
•Hands-on technical experience refinery Catalyst analysis and Concept Corbon, Sulpher, Chloride metals analysis Performance test of Catalyst by Deferent feeds RFCCU, FCCU and ULSD & HYDROCRACKING, COKER NAPTHA CATALYST
•Detailed knowledge of testing methodologies for the full range of finished and intermediate petroleum products and water and effluent samples.
•Basic preventative maintenance on analytical equipment as required for laboratory operations.
•Monitors the inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies
•Practices site safety and environmental standards. Operates related quality assurance equipment in a safe, accurate and effective manner.
Lead to day to day routine product certification and Report of intermediate process report and Abnormality report to Process area
•Technical improvement on showdown, start up, medium and long term support to Refinery process, impacts from changing feedstock’s, impurity build ups, fouling potentials, product quality impacts/risks to ensure safe production and reliable operation.
•Quality check & Calibration and Validation to Reliability and Traceability of the laboratory instrument.
•Team player of NABL and ISO document ISO 9001 (QMS),
•To work with all levels of internal staff, outside clients and vendor
•Safety awareness & accident prevention are considered in performing all tasks,
