I am responsible to manages customer facing projects or multiple projects or take a business management role in an account or group of accounts for managing external revenue generating customer engagements, ensuring profit margins are achieved by delivering the services on time and within budget. I create service schedule and plan with technical, resource and material requirements with extensive customer and project documentation.

• Management of assigned project(s) to ensure that deliverables and activities are defined, planned, executed and tracked
• Ensure senior management and other stakeholders are fully informed of all material issues and technical risks.
• Ensure that vendors deliver according to agreed dates, quality and cost, and that vendors are not asked to perform tasks outside the Statement of Work which could compromise agreed delivery
• Accountable for the business delivery, Forecasting and planning to ensure that project expenses are at or below approved amounts and that additional budget items are properly justified and approved by the Business Owners, Steering Committee and/or other management committees where necessary
• Ensure project plans are complete, comprehensive and up-to-date, and that changes to project plan are tracked. Ensure timely status and project reporting through Enterprise Project Management System, including exception reporting
• Provides leadership to business staff including project engineers, vendors, partners or subcontractors and team members
• Manage all key vendor relationships involved in the delivery on time. Interact and coordinate with vendors on issues related to service
• Update the team with the business need for execution of IT strategy. Manage and provide technical guidance/support to the project team


• Chair regular Technical Business Review Meetings, Customer facing Meetings (if required), attend TPD Review meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate
• Escalate relevant issues and risks in accordance to the business owners Issue and
risk management procedure and the account specific Process
• Manage all changes in accordance to the business or project Change Management Process so preventing the
implementation of unauthorized changes and cost exposures
• Acts as primary interface to the business or projects, other vendors and all Infinite and alliance personnel
associated with the project
• Provide Information security advice and support to all Line of Business (LOB) on workforce development programmers
