•Member of RT&T(Router Testing and TurnUp) L2 network team, having write access to CE and read access of PE through which can check the link status of the network of the carrier customer(Verizon, SingTel, AT&T, SSTL etc) and accordingly providing solutions to the enterprise customers, in case of other issues persisting in the BT link.
•To handle the CE Support of customer end configurations of respective customers all over the world.
•To load the full configurations on customer end routers which includes Base configurations (includes TACACS, access-lists, line vty, default CoS) along with LAN and BGP Configurations.
•To troubleshoot the issues related to configurations at customer end routers while performing RTT(Router Testing and TurnUp)
•Sound knowledge of troubleshooting WAN Links i.e. Ethernet, HVPN Links (Static, PPPoE and Dynamic) of British Telecom Network.
•Troubleshooting and providing resolution of customer’s issues via remote access of end devices, interfacing with the Circle Network Operations Center (NOC) and the On-Field Engineer Team and to capture all the records in BT Based Tools.
•Sound knowledge on Configuration tools of BT as hands on BT Tools co-ordination.
