Understanding the investors requirement and guiding them through Onshore, Offshore and Free zone incorporation
•Complete understanding of startup company registration in United • Arab Emirates
• Generating daily revenues to the company by advising the best solution for the clients
• Regular follow up and daily learning in terms of business registration to maximize the daily revenue
Facilitating and participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business
•Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAE.
•Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting business in different zones in UAE.
•Carrying out research and data collection to understand the nature of business the client has intended to start and its implications in different zones in UAE.
•Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions to ensure smooth process of application.
•Representing company professionally in both client and team situations
•Undertaking and completing on time all administration duties associated with the post includes but not limited to update internal CRM process.
•Prepare and present monthly written reports, Minutes of Meeting to the Line Manager and, where appropriate, participate in meetings to discuss contract performance.
• Maintain good linkages with known main referral routes and business set up consultants.
•Attend networking events to promote company services.
•Liaise on a daily basis with the relevant Authorities including but not limited to Government and Free Zone Authorities, Ministerial Departments, Free Zone Customer Services, Agencies, Law Firms, Courts, Public Notaries, Consulates, Embassies, Customs Authorities, Typing Centers, and similar.
•Manage the tasks assigned effectively and courteously, in line with the Company policies and procedures.

•Conduct basic due diligence on new and existing Clients as/when required. To follow and execute KYC procedures.
•Handle Clients inquiries and communicate with them in compliance with the Company e-mail correspondence policies.
