•Oversee and monitor project cycle in all Transmission Operations, Re-Engineering Activities and Network Swap Projects including Resource Estimation, Budgets, Cost Control as well as Scheduling.
•Oversee of project resources including manpower requirements, deliverables identification, estimates, optional timelines, recommendation and strategies to stay within budget.

•Provided NMS support for SDH (1660sm, 1650sm, 1678) and PDH (9400LX/UX, AWY) for NR 6.x and NR 7.x as well as software and hardware NMS configuration for sites.
