 Design & Develop Energy Management System (EMS) / Grid back feed control, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), SCADA System, Intelligent Load Shed system, and power plant efficiency management.

 Managing overall development process from project origination to commissioning and handover.
 Lead the Design and technical support to sales team in bidding for more than 110MW of Solar and 35MW of BESS projects.
 Initiated systemized documentation for designing and commissioning of control systems.

 Conducting Pre- Feasibility work related to system sizing, technology review, and conceptual system design
and layout.
 Producing design documentation including single line diagrams, bill of materials, electrical schematics, and cable schedules for projects.
 Provided Circuit breaker trip settings and relay configurations according to the studies to reduce the incident energy levels and achieve protection coordination.
 Executing automation projects end to end i.e., initial designing through in-house testing.
 Detailed Design and commercial site plans & SLDs for 200MW+ BESS projects.
 Prepared design and technical documents to support in the bidding/tendering phase of multiple Solar and BESS projects.
 Took part in preparation of Transmission and Distribution connection applications for utility scale projects.

 Program and commission Generator Synchronizing controller used in the project.
 Program PLC and Design HMI Programs in projects according to requirements.
 Inspection and testing of Generator Synchronizing panel, Generator load management and load sharing panel,
motor control center panel, and LT power panels.
 Review the operation of new and existing installations and provide customers and engineering departments with
recommendations for improvement.
 Designing & preparing the electrical drawings including the SLD of the system, test reports, General Arrangement
(GA) / Panel layout, Component Layout, AC schematics, and DC schematics according to the project requirements.
 Perform the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at customer sites and maintain a good level of
customer satisfaction.

Integration, TPS and MPDR systems and Depot Level maintenance in the Aircraft Rebuild Factory of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex KAMRA.

Served as Internee in the Avionics Overhaul Shop and Base Maintenance, Theory of Flight, Navigation and Guidance System Integration, Radar Systems, Communication systems, Shop Level maintenance and wide body maintenance in their respective sections.
