Solve PLC and control problems.
Find applicable Solutions that increase the factories capacity more than 100%.
Make a system to get the ISO certificate.
Make the Quality system for all factories to get the best quality with less cost, analyze all Mix design in Artic and develop.
Operate the supply chain to deliver the targets monthly; also make the system to increase the delivery.
Manage all purchases cycle and make all nods SOPs to make the system smoothly and applicable.
Responsible for Factory direct Sales orders and coordinator all other sales orders from Sales department.
Make leaders each in his area to run the system.
Make all plans to get Gross Margin more than 35% minimum.
Make a saving in all cycles more than 3, 000, 000 SR.
