• Working closely with Tendering team during project bidding stage to provide a competitive Cost For Offer (CFO) & purchase value for the needed scope.
• Manage, prepare, negotiate and execute RFI’s & RFP’s to potential Subcontractors/ Suppliers in accordance with the company procedures & policies.
• Meeting with Suppliers and technical representatives of commercial firms to discuss product lines and furnish information on purchasing needs to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met in a safe and efficient manner.
• Manage all procurement scope (supply/services) during the project implementation, including Subcontractors management, & ensures that all procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner.
• Provide a total sourcing service to the company (Demand Analysis, Supplier Contact, Supplier Selection Process and Contracting, Supplier evaluation).
• Regular reporting issuance, updating on status, flagging any barriers to success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Contracts Issuance & Management as per the company terms & conditions (Frame Agreements, Amendments & NDA’s), & supervise the project implementation by coordinating with the operation team to ensure that the implementation progress is in line with the target plan.

• Managing most of the Procurement scope (supply, services) during the project implementation phase, including subcontractors management.
• Assisting the Procurement Manager at bidding stage for strategic project opportunities in tasks such as creating RFP’s and evaluating Subcontractors responses.
• Identify appropriate quotations and qualifications, verify purchase requisitions & manage the Purchase Orders issuance.
• Working as part of a team to provide a total sourcing service to the client (Demand Analysis, Suppliers contacts and contracting).
• Handling the incoming inquiries for internet connections (DSL/Leased Lines/etc.) for both Corporate & Individual Customers in Khobar-Dammam, Eastern Region.
• Schedule a daily visits & appointments to the Customers, & assist them in selecting an appropriate connection solution.
• Working with Sales coordinator for preparing quotations to the Customers.
• Conduct a Sales review meeting with Sales Manager to present the Sales summary in a monthly basis, highlight the blocking issues (if any) and setup an Action plan to improve the Sales figures.
• Set up a long term plan with Sales team under the supervision of Sales coordinator to secure a new potential business through individual/team efforts and established lead methods.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Al Zaytoonah University, Jordan.
