Duties:
• Leading support team and manage day-to-day operational tasks, prepare work performance reports and statistics, maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), distribute workload and motivate team members, set the best support practice according to ITIL standards.
• Managing Technical Application support process, monitor system health, define and monitor batch jobs, monitor application backup, perform DR and fail-over testing.
• Managing Functional Application support process in Telecom industry using Service-Now and Affectli.
• Perform business analysis and process design, prepare functional specification documents.
• Identify and fix system bugs using Agile techniques and implement them through Release and Change management process, Maintain Release calendar and Changes tracker, perform change risk analysis, participate in Change authority, provide UAT sign-off, Release notes and PIR documents.
• Define Application Support RACM, prepare SOD Matrix, define Application access groups categorization, provide SOX related evidence, Align with IT Governess, and maintain work documents in SharePoint.
• Participate in Digital transformation, Data migration and integrity projects as an application owner.
• Manage suppliers and Vendor relationship, review contracts and invoices, monitor service quality.
