QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT (MECHANICAL)
Engaged in Incoming, in process, final inspection and coordination of external agencies for inspection of alternators, regulators and ERRU (Electronic rectifier cum regulator unit) supplied to ‘Railways and Defense establishments’.
Calibration of mechanical instruments, jigs and fixtures etc.
Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system.
Monitoring/Implementing CAPA, SPC, GRR, FMEA etc.
Familiar with QAP, PM, QMP, MRC, NCR, CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT etc.
Familiar with risk based ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
Onsite inspection of zinc coating quality, surface pre-preparation.
Coordinated RDSO officials during prototype testing and implementing new production procedures.
Preparation of internal and RITES inspection reports.
INSPECTION using EINSTIEN series- ULTRASONIC TESTING equipment and ELECOAT coating thickness-measuring instrument
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
Shift arrangements and works coordination.
Reported safety measures required within the plant.
Faults rectification and preventive maintenance of machinery.
Manual part programming and working directions of CNC lathe machine (HMT STC 25).
