Provides credit support to the business operation starting by evaluating new customers for credit requests, through invoicing, collection and analysis of the receivables and provides insights and reports to the management.
Perform reconciliations between bank accounts and customers accounts, and creates accruals for vendors invoices.
Updates the payments on SAP and clear invoices.
Make calculations for invoices values based on the signed timesheets and the agreed rates in the POs and required internal and customer approvals on the same as applicable.
Suggest, drive and work on improvement initiatives for the work he / she is performing to the team.
Lead the quarterly meeting with Saudi Aramco on behalf of the company.
Attend Saudi Aramco audit meetings and prepare for it, and arrange corrective actions against issued NCR if there is any.
Classify, record, and summarized numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
Checks the attendance of all departments against the supported documents., maintained records for new starters and leavers.
Calculate the earnings, deductions and overtime and ensure the complaint with approvals and policies, prepare the final settlement and EOS for leavers.
