• Lead the design, operate, support, and maintain the On-Premises and Office 365 Email and Directory services infrastructure agency-wide.
• Administer Enterprise Email and Directory infrastructure systems including
o Enterprise E-Mail Application, Database and Access Servers.
o Agency-Wide E-Mail relay services.
o E-Mail and Directory Security Management.
o Other systems and services which integrate with Email & Directory services (AD Audit tools, AD management tools, SSL certificate, internal CA servers, SPF, SCL, DKIM, DMARC).
• Plan for and report on projected enterprise infrastructure hardware, software, and licenses capacity requirements for E-Mail & Directory Access systems.
• Manage and support the Enterprise Office 365 suite including: Azure AD, Exchange online, MS Teams, One-drive, Yammer, and other Office 365 services/applications.
• Recommend the design and architecture of Email and Directory infrastructure platforms agency-wide by providing drawings, manuals, and instructions on how to design commission and operate such platforms.
• Provide second level technical support for the enterprise infrastructure team and Field Information Systems staff on issues related to Email and directory Services.
• Assists with information security related activities, including reporting exposures, investigating incidents, analyses of alerts and vulnerabilities, implementation of remediation and audit recommendations.
• Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and technologies related to enterprise services and IT service management processes based on ITIL such as Incident, Request fulfilment, Change and Problem Management
• Research new trends in Email and Directory platforms to advise on and recommend suitable direction considering latest developments in the field.
• Provides daily technical training and support on information management tools and technology infrastructure for all staff, students, and faculty.
• Install, configure, and maintain DNS, DHCP, File servers, workstations, FortiGate Firewall and peripheral devices in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems, preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Implement software utilities, install hardware devices, and develop procedures to ensure the security and reliability of equipment, software, and data resources.
• Collaborate with operations staff to evaluate network requirements and develop solutions to provide the required services; install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment.
• Acts as a member of the Help Desk team and provides first line support services to all users of ICT.
• Provides first line Help Desk support services via identification and resolution/escalation of end user reported issues.
• Receives and installs new end user hardware and software and maintains an up-to-date inventory of installed computer hardware and software.
• Prepares survey reports for obsolete or surplus ICT equipment and supplies.
• Assists, guides and provides necessary advice to end user queries on access to and use of ICT services.
• Prepares and supports necessary ICT services for various group meetings and conferences.
• Establishing Video conference over IP and ISDN.
• Active directory and Exchange 2007 and 2013 management; create, change, and delete user accounts and groups.
• Develop System Network Diagrams.
• Select various components and modules of selected control system.
• Select and size various IT and communication equipment related to Automation Systems. Working on Computer Network Setup and configuration including Ethernet TCP/IP.
• Working on various programming languages for DCS, ESD, SCADA and/or PLCs.
• Working on various communication protocols such as MODBUS, Profibus, IEC, DNP3, and OPC.
• Working on HMI and SCADA softwares.
• Testing individual components and overall integrated systems.
• Attending site services for installation supervision, commissioning, and site acceptance test.
• Verify System Architecture Drawings.
• Manage information technology and computer systems and adjusting the plans where needed.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations and keeping management and clients updated on progress.
• Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business and identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Evaluation of each project stage and once completed and audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these through the project and handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems, Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Preventive/ Corrective maintenance of UNIX and SQL based Platforms.
• Working in Linux OS environment and learning Linux shell, VI and Linux scripting, and and administer added value services like WEP, WAP, MCA, CLIR, CHAT.
• Responsible for the resolution of Fault Tickets, Trouble Tickets, and the delivery of statistics to Orange Parties.
• Provisioning of customers (Creation, Deletion, Changing SC, and follow up the opened CSR regarding all VAS platforms.
• Working with Sharknet, Solarwins, and the billing systems.
