Anas was seconded for three months to E&Y Syria office for the audit busy season.

His work involved reviewing the working papers of multiple teams and issuing final audit reports, as well as leading and supervising a team of two audit staff auditing the financial statement of Nazha and Darwish for shipping and Kuzbari Group.

Anas led teams as an in-charge when he was an Engagement Auditor, and started taking more managerial and administrative roles at senior level, where he was more involved into managerial roles; making meetings with new potential clients, scheduling audit staff among clients and following up on their deadlines, preparing proposals, issuing and following up on invoices and receivables from clients, and trying to maintain best possible engagement recovery (profitability)
