• Receive, unload, and store materials.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to
supervisor and Purchasing department for taking necessary action and
record keeping.
• Maintain documents, records, and withdrawals of the stock.
• Rotate stock and coordinate the issuing by following FIFO.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including Inventory, Returning
materials, Packaging, Labeling.
• Create PRs in SAP to maintain the stock of Consumable
materials and Safety items, Also the stationery.
• Coordinate Warehouse and forklifts operators for the work,
Also, The movement of equipment.
• Responsible for all warehouse equipment, Reporting for
damages and Create maintenance request in SAP and
following up with maintenance technician.
• Receiving the order from the planner and process team.
• Doing the checklist for all required Production LINES from A
to Z(RM Storage Silos to Good final Packaging)
• Prepare the required material for Production (PP, additives, Filler),
Filling the materials to the required hopper
• Startup the Production LINE for 10 min to take a QC sample.
• When QC approved the sample, Production will start.
• Packaging the Product in 25KG bags, Jambu bags, Octabin.
• Qualified to operate and handle general Production
machines, Special plastics machines (Pipe Extrusion,
Injection Molding, Blown Film, Thermoforming, Blow Molding,
Sheet Extrusion
• Operate and monitor Recycle machines.
• Ability to control in product quality while line is running, Also,
Doing quality basic tests by using measurement tools before
delivery sample to Laboratory.
• Load and unload products from trucks, Containers by
using different size of Forklifts, Combilift, also, Gantry
Crane.
