Sales and Service Management

 Build and develop a market for service work.
 Development of service advertising and promotion programs.
 Schedule service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.
 Handle customer complaint and problems.
 Supervise the training of service engineers and technicians with in-house training programs
 Order and maintain adequate supplies and parts for service department inventory.
 Review all service engineers and technicians time clock reports and submit them to Human Resources in a timely manner.
 Responsible for issuing purchase orders for the service department.
 Listen to problems of service personnel and work out satisfactorily or bring problems to management for possible solution.
 Work in co-ordination with Parts, Office, Sales and Management and assist sales manager.
 Maintain service library.
