Project: Sun-cool Factory for Air Conditioners
Project Outlay: QR 10.85 million
Project Brief: This was the first plant in Qatar to manufacture air-conditioners in Qatar. The plot area was 8319 sq. m. on which the manufacturing facilities were constructed; factory administration building was built on an area of 750 sq. m.

Project Brief: The villa consisted of G+1+Penthouse on a plot of 10.1.88 sq. m. and total built-up area of 1205 sq. m. The ground floor was 329.31 sq. m., first floor 335.11 sq. m., out kitchen 81.40 sq. m. and outside majlis 200.35 sq. m.

Project Brief: The villa consisted of G+1 Floor on a plot of 1200 sq. m. and with a total built up area of 820.93 sq. m. The ground floor and first floor was 327.68 sq. m. each, stair room was 25 sq. m., out kitchen was 66 sq. m. and the outside majlis was 74.52 sq. m.

Project Brief: The plot area of the villa was 1168 sq. m. and total built up area 1060.13 sq. m. and the construction included G+1+Penthouse - ground floor area was 373.43 sq. m., first floor area was 358.55 sq. m., penthouse was 59.23 sq. m., out kitchen was 62.15 sq. m., and outside majlis was 139.10 sq. m.

Project Brief: The plot area was 1418 sq. m. and the built-up area was 921.04 sq. m. The construction comprised G+1+Pent House with the ground floor area being 277.11 sq. m., first floor 291.31 sq. m., penthouse 59.23 sq. m., out kitchen 79.64 sq. m., and outside majlis 139.10 sq. m.

Project Brief: The villa was constructed on a plot of 1105 sq. m. and had a built-up area of 972.80 sq. m. The building consisted of G+1+Penthouse. The ground floor and first floor area was 329.30 sq. m. each, penthouse was 118.30 sq. m. out kitchen was 72.60 sq. m., and the outside majlis was 10.3.90 sq. m.

Project Brief: The mall was built over a plot of 66046 sq. m with green area of 3950 sq. m. and total built up area of 124, 792 sq. m. The construction was of 3 floors (basement, ground and first) 12 regular indoor stairs and 11 regular outdoor stairs connecting the floors. There was a two floor car park to house 1597 cars (1134 in the basement and 463 at the ground floor). The rentable area was 36, 787 sq. m. and the number of shops and kiosks were 149 and 49 respectively. Other features included a theme park with area 1980 sq. m., food court with seating area of 1865 sq. m. The mall also included 6 praying rooms and ablution places.
Project: ACS Doha International School
Project Outlay: QR 39.1 million
Project Brief: The plot area for the school was 11196 sq. m. and the built up area was 13, 042 sq. m. The construction comprised basement, ground floor, first floor and penthouse. There were 64 classrooms, 6 science laboratories, 4 art laboratories, 4 computer laboratories, 2 libraries, 2 multipurpose halls, 72 toilets, a clinic, meeting rooms, stores area, sports hall and a swimming pool. Outdoor facilities included a playground, outdoor green areas and tented areas.
Project: Ezdan Villages (Phase 4)
Project Outlay: QR 433.43 million
Project Brief: The project consisted of three dwelling compounds (Ezdan Villages - 26, 28, 29), each compound by itself consisted of villas, row houses and town houses. Facilities included club house (swimming pool, playing area for kids), mosque, nursery, football field, and basketball and tennis courts. • Developed the QC plan for the project site, communicated the QC plan to site personnel, and oversaw implementation.
• Established the on-site QA/QC system, enforced quality standards across the project sites that were under completion.
