Project Brief: The villa was constructed on a plot of 1105 sq. m. and had a built-up area of 972.80 sq. m. The building consisted of G+1+Penthouse. The construction was of 3 floors (basement, ground and first) 12 regular indoor stairs and 11 regular outdoor stairs connecting the floors. There was a two floor car park to house 1597 cars (1134 in the basement and 463 at the ground floor). The rentable area was 36, 787 sq. m. and the number of shops and kiosks were 149 and 49 respectively. Other features included a theme park with area 1980 sq. m., food court with seating area of 1865 sq. m. The mall also included 6 praying rooms and ablution places.

Project: ACS Doha International School
Project Outlay: QR 39.1 million
Project Brief: The plot area for the school was 11196 sq. m. and the built up area was 13, 042 sq. m. The construction comprised basement, ground floor, first floor and penthouse. There were 64 classrooms, 6 science laboratories, 4 art laboratories, 4 computer laboratories, 2 libraries, 2 multipurpose halls, 72 toilets, a clinic, meeting rooms, stores area, sports hall and a swimming pool. Outdoor facilities included a playground, outdoor green areas and tented areas.

Project Brief: The project consisted of three dwelling compounds (Ezdan Villages - 26, 28, 29), each compound by itself consisted of villas, row houses and town houses.
