F- Planning and Maintenance for the Whole Plant.
G- Main Member at Quality System of the Company.
H- Assuring new technology and software to be utilized at work for better output
and better results.
I- Involving with Sales Department for big orders to be sure the delivery and quality and specifications as required. For local and foreign customers.
- Represent the Company at Governmental events.
- In charge to present the whole year results for the owner and CEO yearly. P&L. analysis. And other related info required.
- To find scientific and practical solutions or ways to cut cost and reduce operation cost.
- To Lead the work with my team for reduce the wastage and utilize the scrape.
- To finds channels for sub-contractors to work in case of requirements and having big orders at the Market.
- In charge for big orders of The General Directorate of Civil Defense in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Foam orders; yearly placed from our Plant for Whole KSA regions and areas.
- In charge for the whole Plant Transportations and Vehicles. Plan and organize and coordinate the plan for all and be at safe level all of the time.
- In charge to organize and plan the strategic plan for the Department including the action plan, and keeping updated by the achievements quarterly. With concerns of owner and CEO.
Managing the whole Activities of Projects at best manner.
- Responsibility of Purchasing- Sales - Quality- Design - Development.
- Lead the departments to highest output in continuously process.
