Fenix Outdoor AB is an international leading group of sport outdoor companies with 6 brands (Fjällräven, Tierra Products AB, Primus AB, Hanwag, Brunton and Royal Robbins) and 4 retails (Naturkompaniet, Partioaitta, Globetrotter, and Friluftsland).

Anas leads the Infrastructure, Cloud, QA, and ITSM units as the Head of the IT Services Department.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities, and Introduce new technology in accordance with the business needs.
• To promote digital transformation in an integrated manner, and coordinate with various departments and regional office heads for business requirements.
• Define and Lead engineering and technology strategies.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure that the organization's structure supports the company's objectives.
• Build and Manage the digital cross-functional development teams.
• Develop a strong leadership team by coaching them in areas such as taking ownership and technical knowledge.
• Establish and Maintain strategic vendors and partner relationships.
• Accountable for digital projects and ensuring high-quality delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Lead the complex process of developing, visualizing, measuring, and improving quality.
• Develop the required metrics and KPIs to ensure that performance and costs are continually improved.
• Ensure that the digital deliverables are traceable and that adequate governance is in place.
• Monitoring and reinforcing operationalized capabilities, as well as establishing a continuous innovation cycle

• Engage the stakeholders as much as possible during the process, then collect and analyze their feedback.
