1. Set a quarterly plan to search for the potential Key Accounts and New Accounts to arrange for a business meeting with the owners.
2. Prepare a presentation about Telecommunication Services to be introduced to the owners of Key Account, such as: o Bulk SMS (Direct Link to website, or Over HTTP)
o Advertising SMS.
o Data Transfer Solutions (Over 3G SIMs or 2G SIMs) with closed VPN and Private APN.
o Corporate GSM & 3G Packages sales.
3. Prepare and finalize business deals with the owners.
4. Set a quarterly plan to visit the existing accounts to make sure that owner is satisfied from mobile services; and to offer them any new corporate service.
5. Weekly on spot checking for the balance of the existing accounts in my portfolio, to make sure that collection report is being closed on time with no Bad Debt accounts.
6. Quarterly checking for the Revenue Ratio of each account, to modify the accounts types; and to arrange for a suitable package of services for each type of account.
1. Focal point between Customer Service Department and all the other Depts. within the company, to insure that all the required business needs of CS location are available and stable in excellent status.
2. Manage the opening of 9 locations for Syriatel all over Syria.
i. Collect all types of payments from customers.
ii. Answer customers inquires in a professional manner; in order to make sure that customer satisfaction had been achieved.
iii. Selling and promoting all Syriatel Services and products including: Postpaid & Prepaid GSMs inside the POS.
To ensure that POS team had answered all customers inquires with no mistakes, and in professional manner. In the other hand, to manage all POS daily operation in the night shift including: POS security staff, POS cleaning & office services staff, etc...
To collect the money from POS employees on daily basis after the working hours, and matching the received money with the daily reports in order to ensure that there is no shortage or increase. And to deliver the collected money in the next day to the Bank.
