Responsibilities:
▪ Collaborates with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and requirements.
▪ Develop a comprehensive project plan, including a schedule, budget, resource allocation.

▪ Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project objectives.
▪ Ensures that the project stays within its defined scope.
▪ Track project progress, monitor changes, and assess their impact on the project's objectives.
▪ Evaluated and managed scope changes are through appropriate change control processes.
▪ Responsible for monitoring and controlling the project budget, ensuring that expenditure aligns with the allocated resources.
▪ Ensures that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
▪ Establish quality control processes, monitor project performance, and conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure that project outcomes meet expectations.

ICT and cybersecurity projects for government sector.
Responsibilities:
▪ Managing and leading all phases of the project including of engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closure.
▪ Attending job explanation meetings, kick off meetings and weekly meetings with the client.
▪ Assisting the Engineering Manager and estimators by reviewing of technical bid submittal to ensure it is compliant and complete, proposals, and estimates from a technical, logistics, and general field perspective.
▪ Leading of the project detailed design package activities including all review cycles 30%, 60%, 90%, IFA and IFC.
▪ Keeping track of the project milestones.
▪ Monitoring overall project performance and conducting a regular site visit to assure that scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirements are adhered, and all the performed work is in accordance with Saudi Aramco engineering
standards.
▪ Monitoring and controlling the project budget, ensuring that expenditure aligns with the allocated
resources.
▪ Coordinating audits and inspections including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Performance Acceptance Test (PAT).
▪ Reviewing project hazard identification plan (HIP) and job safety analysis (JSA) in coordination with safety manager.
▪ Constantly alert for future work with the client and keep the client’s best interests in mind.
