1. Project Planning & Coordination
• Assist in reviewing project plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and update project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material approvals and deliveries.
• Participate in technical meetings and resolve site issues.

2. Site Execution & Supervision
• Oversee daily site activities to ensure work complies with drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure proper sequencing of work (civil, MEP, architectural).
• Verify and inspect work progress; ensure closure of NCRs and site observations.

3. Technical Support
• Prepare RFI (Requests for Information), material submittals, and method statements.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate interdisciplinary drawings (MEP, structural, architectural).
• Assist in value engineering proposals and technical evaluations.

4. Quality Assurance & Safety
• Ensure quality control onsite; check materials and workmanship.
• Monitor compliance with project HSE procedures.
• Conduct inspections alongside QA/QC and consultants for approvals.

5. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Track material approvals, procurement log, MIRs, WIRs, and site correspondence.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and revision logs.

6. Cost & Time Control
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedule.
• Assist in identifying delays, proposing recovery plans, and mitigating risks.
• Verify quantities for subcontractor payments and variations.

• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Manage and direct staff members and the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Calculate dimensions, square footage, profile and component specifications, and material quantities using calculator or computer.
• Read and review project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
• Confer with supervisor to determine project details such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions.
