My role is divided between the HR department operation (recruitment & services) and the plant procurement of assets. On the other hand, I focus on occasional GS and communication tasks.
My experience during the 5 years spent in Cristal was diverse, it covered different areas like HRBP, GS, Corporate Communication and Transformation Project.
During the pre-openning phase, I was part of the configuration team of the systems, swissService in particular. Right after the grand opening, my core function was to supervise and manage the swissSwervice team that deals with all guests' requests, complaints, queries and lost and found. The role also covered all administrative responsibilities related to the swissService as well as the front office.
Recruitment and training had a my extended support for the front office sections at all times.
