Job Description:

1. BASIC FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK:

• Ensures effective follow-up and timely collection of overdue receivables.
• Improve collection to reduce bad debts provision.
• Optimize cost for the department.
• Provide daily support on customer related queries and complaints.

2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1. Supervision of day-today collection follow-up activities of team which primarily includes:

• Allocate overdue customer to collection agents for daily follow-up.

• Publish collection performance report by agent and age bucket.

• Publish daily call volume report by agent to ensure adequate follow-up happens.

• Evaluate agents follow-up call to ensure follow-up happens as per calling script.

2. Send SMS to overdue customers as per the policy .

3. Receive customer calls, handles queries or complaints.

4. Monitor agents Calling script, volume, field visit and ensure to capture necessary documentation.

5. Provide support to the agents on collection issues, provide feedback to sales operation with respect to underwriting issues if any.

6. Maintain good relationship with Legal department to help in CPO / Car Seizure/Jail Order/ activities.

7. Review follow-up feedback received from agents and take necessary action

8. Provide required training/support to the team and ensure that team is working optimally

9. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss on issues, suggestion and provide solution

10. Publish report on collection performance to the management as applicable

11. Manage external collection agencies .

12. Develop credit policy and procedures.

13. In coordination with operating managers and central trade credit, assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers and make recommendations on credit limits.

14. Ensure timely and effective communication with all customers to ensure timely collection of receivables (dunning of statements of accounts).

Job Description

• Customer Service:

*Assist in helping walk-in customers and meet with them to assess their retail loan needs, to suggest the most suitable retail loan service that matches their financing needs, and to respond to any inquiries pertaining to loan services.
Maintain contact with approved customers and provide them with continuous assistance with loan services for the duration of the loan, including the resolution of any complaints that have been directly relayed to him by the customers.

• Sales Operations:

Ensure that loan applications are filled accurately and that all needed supporting documentation is provided by the customer.

Forward all customer applications to the Credit Review Officer to initiate the loan processing and credit assessment process.

Receive company offer or rejection letters from the Branch Manager and contact customers requesting their visit to the branch or have the letters delivered to customers.

Ensure that the customers sign company’s offer letters and return them to the Credit Review Officer to initiate the disbursement process and to maintain the accurate documentation of customers.

Follow up with the Credit Review Officer to ensure the timely disbursement of the loan to approved customers.

Maintain records of current approved customers in an efficient system to track all related information pertaining to the loan.

Job Description:

- Apply approvals on credit applications.

-Presenting credit coordinator for the showroom, between the Credit management & the electronics showroom supervisor.

-Follow up the market by studying & evaluating the competitors.

-Handling the promotion & advertisement of the credit inside my branch.

-Arrange between credit high management & the sales to achieve the company’s goals by insuring the best effort & result.

-Making meetings with the sales department.

-Making presentations for the new credit programs.

Job Description:

-Responsible for the appropriateness of all products sold to customers by credit.

-Improving the credit Sales in showroom.

-Evaluating the customer’s financial status & consider the approval for the credit transactions (electronic, textiles & quick service, ticketing & Central air-condition).

-Handling any kind of customers, solve their problems & make sure that they are satisfied.

-Minimizing the cycle time of the approval for the credit & make it easy for the customer as possible.


-Solving the collection problems with the customers and make sure that they understand the idea of payment and its schedule.

-Helpful Manor to attract the customers for credit using the excellent Services skills with them and having the team work soul.
