Supervise and control the quality of works at the site.
Responsible for maintaining the Quality & quantity of raw materials as per the
prescribed standards.
Conduct Inspection of FDT as per ITP.
Supervise the quality of works in the project to rest assure the quality must be
implement in every scope of works.
Attend coordination meeting with the consultants and other trade regarding on
quality.
Formulate work plans and strategies with excellent and satisfying quality of work to
be done.
Visit of laboratory and Witness of test and review of test reports.
Making Inspection Request for each activity according to ITP.
Monitor the Earth Work such as excavation and back filling activities
Conduct all types of Inspection as per approved Inspection &Test plan (ITP).
Review of Drawings, Test Reports & Specifications.
Preparation of two weeks looks ahead inspection schedule.
Recommend procedure and guide line for rectification of deficiency and NCR.
Issue and Closing of NCR.
Independent Laboratory Tests Inspection: Check calibration certificates of laboratory
tools and equipment. Verify test methods as per project specification. Random
witnessing of actual test procedures for soils and concrete. Validate laboratory test
reports for final approval as per project requirements.
Inspection of QA/QC procedure of client, monitoring and ensuring the quality of work.
Concrete mix design checks, including aggregate and cement sampling and testing.
Reviewing of ITP. Monitor daily field construction operations to ensure compliance
with approved Project/s Design Drawings and approved Project/s Quality Plans.
Preparation of inspection requests for the completed work.
Following up the concreting works, slump test and compressive strength.
Also issuing the NCR in case of not satisfaction about the quality of work.
Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant,
slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
acceptance of concrete works.

Testing Materials & proper way unloading material site.
Carrying out day to day site work, follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or
subcontractor to ensure that work.
Responsible for work carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting
planned dates.
Interacting with Project Manager for clarification in design/ Rectification etc.
Responsible for daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the
Project Manager.
Coordinate daily job site inspections with client.
Assisting in the quality and safety audit.
Assist in necessary project documentation.
Site Execution & Supervision
Check the material quality as per prescribed standards
Finding problems & giving solutions for execution of work at site.
Track and monitor that materials delivered to site are check and verified for correct
quality, quantity and type ordered.
