 Preparing the builders work drawings, shop drawings, riser diagrams and as built drawings.

 Ensure the proper Installation of Fire alarm Graphic annunciator panel to provide the vertical and floor plan representations of each level of the building at FCC room.
 Directing the Installation of a 2-way voice communication system for the use of Civil Defense Department in case of fire condition.
 Supervising the installation of a UUKL 864 listed FSCS (Fire Smoke Control Station) to monitor and control Smoke incase automatic sequencing is lost or failed.
 Supervising the installation of radio alarm transmitter complying with NFPA 1221 standard to transmit the alarm signal to the fire station.
 Involving and finalizing the Sequence of Operation (SOP) for HVAC controls with the concern team and responsible to Implementing it at site.
 Managing the successful completion of installation, commissioning and flawless start-up and normal operational activities.
 Responsible for the coordination with other trades such as Technology systems, Security Systems, Building Management Systems etc. for the interfaces with the fire alarm system.
 Fully aware of the project Fire Alarm specifications, drawings and BOQ and ensure that all fire alarm site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, specification and work plan.
 Involving in the finalization of design meetings with consultant and project managements.
 Attend kick-off meetings as per agenda (for any new activity) and to understand & monitor the vendors action plan and schedule.
 Responsible for vendor’s technical queries and change orders requests, and follows-up with Procurement engineering for their feedbacks and approvals.
 Expediting the Pending issues from vendors and other intermediate stakeholders, engineering & drawings issues and following-up the status of materials.
 Thorough Knowledge about AutoCAD, Project management software, MS Excel, System operating systems.
 Having the capability to read and understand Mechanical shop drawings \[Ducting, Fire Protection etc.\], electrical shop drawings, security systems shop drawings and BMS shop drawings.

 Study the approved engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, technical datasheets, and manuals of FAS, CCTV system and INTERCOM system and ensure that all site implementations are compliant to all requirements of approved drawings and materials with the best quality standards.
 Supervising installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of BMS system to control the level of a domestic water tank using float switches.
 Supervising/providing engineering support for installing Fire Alarm system and 4100ES 9511 Simplex Fire alarm panel assembling as per NFPA 72 standards.
 Programming CCUNET card along with XL Graphics software to provide the network integration with SIMPLEX Fire Detection Control Panel.
 Supervising and providing engineering support to ENEO IP CCTV System installation as per NEMA, IEEE, ONVIF, PSIA standards and IBC, IFC, Saudi Building Code.
 Remote monitoring of the live/recorded videos using NVR (PNR-5216) and iNEX client program using a dedicated VLAN for the intercommunication of video and camera data.
 Performing the preventive maintenance of the CCTV systems such as checking the proper operation of all components, verify operation of auto-iris lenses and adjust focus as needed, adjust all camera preset positions etc.
 Supervising/ provide engineering support on installing FERMAX Intercom System including Color VDS Camera panel, Color VDS LOFT monitor, VDS video switcher and video distributors etc.
 Lead installation team in the best practice to reach a shortest execution period.
 Evaluates Electronics / Low current suppliers' contracts
 Responsible for day to day business correspondence, recording of proceedings, meetings and all other administrative duties as per company's procedures.
 Possess excellent IT skills relevant to Low Voltage Industry.
 Monitoring the work of subcontractors to complete the work as per requirement.
 Responsible for coordination with Client, Site management team and Contractor regarding site issues, technical clarifications, punch lists and close-out documents
 Verify system functioning by testing equipment, connections, and signals; identifying and correcting problems.

1. Supervising and providing engineering support to the team for installing an Addressable Fire Alarm system as per NFPA 72, NFPA 10 standards, I-EEE wiring regulations and Saudi Fire Code.
2. Preparing cause & Effect matrix.
3. Testing and commissioning of FAS such as cable testing to BS 7671, 100% device test, testing of interfacing, Fire panel battery back-up system tests, Cause and effect testing etc.
4. Installing, testing and commissioning of master clock system including master clock time server, NTP client software, clocks and interfaces to data network and other electronic systems as per ANSI/T1.101 synchronization standard.
5. Checking the synchronization of master clock server with GPS antenna and NTP synchronization with other servers.
6. Interfacing of master clock time server with SCADA, PIDS, PAS, CCTV systems.
7. Corrective and preventive maintenance of master clock system.
8. Generate BOQ and cost estimate for Fire Alarm and Master Clock systems.
9. Preparing technical documents for the operation and maintenance of FAS and master Clock System.
10. Attend technical meetings related to installation, maintenance and operation works with clients.
11. Managed the replacement of faulty equipment through use of spares and ensuring the timely replenishment.
