• Prepare periodic financial reports related for trade receivable and payable,
o monthly expected credit loss report (ECL) for all Aramex station crosses the site.
o Impairment Monthly report.
o Average collection period (ACP) for Aramex stations crosses the site.
o Days payable outstanding (DPO) for Aramex stations cross the site.
o Cash collection analysis dashboard.
• Coordinate with reporting team to issue the final numbers of Trade receivable and payable in Balance sheet.
• Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions to management.
• Prepare revenue and cost production weekly report and compare it with the yearly budget.
• Keep control on trade account payable numbers and advance payments.
• Keep control on trade receivables by Following up on collection for global key accounts with credit controllers.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
• Reconcile trade payables transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Develop dashboard and models that help with financial decision-making.
• Provide support to CRM Managements by leading the process of coordinating the communications between the credit managers cross the markets and commercial team.

• Responsible on all Aramex Revenue transactions.
• Issue client’s invoices for Aramex centralized entities as per laid down procedure.
• Auditing all invoices and assures there are correct.
• Auditing the offers and agreements provided to clients, ensuring their harmony with Aramex official procedures.
• Auditing on accounting team and ensure that all revenue transactions are added based on revenue invoices issued from sales operating system and avoid any differences.
