General Accounting.

All Accounting activities from recording of daily transactions by using ‘Peach Tree Application’, preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.

Recording, maintaining and reconciling bank transactions and handling of petty cash.

Recording purchase, preparing sales invoices and sales records, maintains and controls accounts receivables and payables.

Procurement of materials required for production and projects by comparing supplier quotations and sending Purchase Orders.

Preparing Payroll by collecting Time Record from work supervisors and process salary through Wage Protection System & Employee Benefits.

Recording and maintaining the Inventory.
