As iTech is one of the largest IT company in syria that offers full IT packages, so during my employment I was involved in a lot of enterprise systems in a variety of fields, and my functions was vary from designing and analysing, development, to deployment and support, using wide range of latest technologies.
And this is some of projects That I worked on:
- Syriatel Website:
We developed the official website of Syriatel telecommunication, my main role was to develop the integrated services that presented to the customers, and building the main portal with the features of content management systems, and then set and test the applications security in the platform and the application itself.
- Itech main Portal:
This is a sharepoint portal that organize the main company tasks and processes.
- iGuard:
Log management system to collect and analyze the logs of different network equipments and servers in order to enhance the security and detect the vulnerabilities.
- Business Offer Tracking:
A sharepoint process to track and follow up the inprogress offers.
- Finance Dashboard:
This application present the required dashboards to allow monitoring the delivered cash at Syriatel POSs
- Pre Material Request:
Windows application to Monitor the materials in Syriatel POSs and integrate with procurement department.
- Events and Tickets management system:
To manage the Syriatel sponsored events tickets

- E-Tenders:
Web Application for Publishing Tenders over The Web, and then collecting and managing the bids.
- RMS Support: Developing a new features and support the restaurant management system.

- Ministry Of Environment "Lebanon":
We built our customized workflow engine to automate and handle the processes of the ministry
- System for Domex freight Company: This system were built to manage and monitor the Waybills and Policies and all related processes
