Provide customers with competent, timely and error free services in the area of account
opening and account management (Assets & Liability products, after sales...etc.) to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
Sell all bank products, Auto finance, Personal finance, Credit cards and after sales services.
Consistently meet and exceed service standards set for the customer services.
Guide customers regarding the right product to meet their needs and promote & cross- sell other Bank products & services to existing customers.
Generate product leads from walk-in potential customers through interaction and dissemination of product and service information.
Provide after sales services.
Sell the bank product to locals, expats and non residents by calls and face to face.
Visit the governmental institutes to demonstrate the product to the MAX numbers of customers.
Explain the product features to the customers to encourage them to take the correct decision.
Coordinate with RC dept to clear all the vague points and get the RC approval ASAP.
Coordinate with the customer to register his property timely and error free.
Fallow up with disbursement team to credit the customer account in time.

- Release car pledge.
- Issue indebtedness certificate
- Early repayment of loan.
- Postponement of installments.
- Change the number of vehicle and transport the car to any Emirate...etc.
• Handle cash in Dirhams and foreign currency.
• Buying &selling foreign currency.
• Provide fast, excellent and error free remittance service.
• Maintained and balanced a cash drawer daily.
• Issuance of demand draft.
• Respect AML rules, policy and procedures of the company.
• Cash advance against Credit cards.
• Credit card cash collection for several leading banks.
• Sale and encashment for National Bonds.
• Responsible in dealing with WPS Salary processing System.
• Opening new bank accounts for customers over multiple countries.
• Using several online systems like :
- Western union system (send and receive money).
- Du, Etisalate, Dewa, Sewa and Fewa (bill payment).
- Airaribia and Flydubai booking system.
- Instant cash (send and receive money)
