Assume full responsibility for the management of custodial cleaning services, Pest control, and waste
management services against the contracted scope of works
❖ Implementing quality standards for maintaining premises soft aspects at high Levels by
following standards at each service.
❖ To deliver a consistent level of service across Soft services department for cleaning, pest
control and waste management packages, within the Company's standards, to the contract
specification and agreed KPI performance.
❖ Proactively manage the quality of service and introduce innovations in services with the market
trends.
❖ Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health &
safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, and COSHH.
❖ Monitor and review activities within the Unit such as contractor asset verification, stores
verification, reports verification, and assist clients in case of any external support is required.
❖ Ensure the contract is being delivered in a cost-effective way for the client and managing agents.
❖ Screened, evaluated, and selected subcontractors for various specialized systems,
❖ Set up KPIs and SLAs for subcontractors working at the site and trained their team to meet them
❖ Implemented Non Conformance Reports ( at the site to make subcontractors aware of their drawbacks and worked towards improving their performance.
❖ Offering advice and expertise to help in improving soft service performance in terms of operations, management, structure, and strategy.
