Providing SMB and individuals with IT consultancy, advice and services to enable technology for businesses especially for those who seek not to establish an IT division.
My main activities are towards cloud services and architect, business applications and web services.
One hand can’t clap, I seek my widely international enabled network to support my activities so we can provide maximum value and quality.
One of my key success skills is that I have enough knowledge about most of the IT systems and technologies that lead to many successful stories and much more achievements in my day-to-day work through my career life in HOT E.C. Co.
Some of my spotted achievements are:
Developed IT Strategic Plan, IT security policy and IMS manual for ISO certificate.
I played and continue to play the role of developing a new IT vision in the company, by leading the IT team, I planned and developed a new enterprise level IT infrastructure that affected positively employees’ productivity.
Planned and Enhanced the IT assets management and development.
Manage company database, and develop intelligent reports out of company data which is helpful for C-Level decision making.
Developed a new employee's attendance control system using Suprema fingerprint machines; the challenge was that the system controlled labors at construction site.
Developed new document management system using SharePoint, Developing new Enterprise Resource Planning system using Microsoft Dynamics AX™, Developed companywide Camera surveillance system.
My duties include
Spearheading day to day operations of the IT Section encompassing management/ resolution of various aspects of IT including strategic planning and architecture of IT infrastructure aligned to business requirements and growth.
Coordinating activities related to development/ implementation of business supporting applications/ systems aimed at enhancing performance and organizational productivity.
Defining, implementing and generating awareness amongst employees to ensure compliance to IT policy/ IT strategy.
Maintaining updated IT infrastructure documentation aimed at prompt resolution of technical issues and enabling enhancement of infrastructure aligned to organizational business requirements.
Enhance system up-time through resolution of issues and ensure smooth functioning of email system being used as the key communication resource.

Leading and Collaborating with the ERP planning and implementation team in replacing existing weak system with state of the art technology system.

My duties included
As Technical Support I Supported and developed Document Management Systems for important places in Kuwait viz. Amiri Diwan, PACI, Kuwait Fund, MRGP, Kuwait Airport, and Kuwait Fire Department
Involved in development of enterprise solutions using dot net development environment, web pages (old ASP and ASP.NET) using c# and Windows applications using C#.
Designed Windows applications, com components etc using C++. Drafted/ defined SQL Statements for SQL server and Oracle server.
Developed/ maintained and integrated Crystal Reports with DOT net applications for web and Windows app. Evaluated and implemented application architecture for enterprise solutions.
Rendered technical support in resolution of critical issues and ensured compliance to project delivery schedules/ other SLA parameters across assigned projects.
As a Developer I coordinated activities related to evaluation/ architecture of document work flow system for the Ministry of Housing of Egypt in role as Senior Developer.
Involved in architecture/ implementation of complex Business Process Automation solutions for major organizations around the Arab world.
Designed web/ Windows applications and developed modules based on business requirements using latest development technologies.
Used ASP.NET with C# programming language to implement enterprise solutions for Abu Dhabi Educational Zone and the Supreme Council of Environment and Nature Reserve of Doha (Qatar state).

My career life and achievements at Sakhr is divided into two phases:
Software development (2000 - 2006): I worked as a developer and then senior developer and participated at many projects.
Participated and developed many tools and applications as part of Sakhr team of developers and testing engineers.
Porting IDRISI search engine to work at Linux platform
Developed testing tools using C++ and DOT NET for ArabDox (DMS) and other applications.
Participated in development of a document workflow management project for Higher Council of Environment and Nature Reserve at Qatar state.
Participated in development of Phase II for Abu Dhabi Educational Zone project.
Technical support and projects management (2006 - 2009):
Implemented, managed and supported many government projects in Kuwait state such as Document Archive and Document Control Systems at Manpower and Government Relocation Program, Amiri Diwan, Kuwait Fire Department, etc…
HI Pack was established in 1990 in Egypt and is leading Corrugated Packaging supplier in the region with a manufacturing capacity of 140, 000 metric tons.
My duties included
Rendered support to organizational computer network and PCs and ensured smooth functioning of Machinery Automatic Control Systems.
Participated in vendor/ supplier negotiations for procurement of IT infrastructure based on organizational requirements.
Optimized resource utilization and streamlined processes to enhance productivity and involved in planning, scheduling and implementation of projects aligned to IT requirements of the owners’ group.
Generated/ updated various status reports for the senior leadership team.

My career life started here: I was able to spot and fix Automatic Control issues including Siemens S5 PLC programming and some electrical issues
