• Support services for Microsoft and Cisco related technologies.
• Windows Server 2003 (Standard, Enterprise, Data Centre Editions).
• Monitoring of different services: AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP
and logs tracking.
• Performing tape backups, observing console alerts for errors
and failures, reviewing system logs.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Tracking system capacity (CPU, memory, disk space, etc.) and reporting/correcting any issues.
• Installing software upgrades and security patches for intrusion signs.

• Document internal processes, procedures and systems to include system reviews and recommendation.
• Cable Testing, Monitoring Desktop.
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Installation and setup of new desktops, laptops, printers and other IT devices.
• Managing various user accounts such as Active directory and emails.
• Assist in other IT issues assigned by the team leader.
• Working with the team on various projects.
• Managing and updating the knowledge base system.
• Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Monitor CCTV Camera’s also Troubleshooting and Configuration when required.
• Manage the performance and security of LAN.
• Performing Backups, and daily report to Manager.
