- Providing English translation for interviews with Syrian refugees.
Providing IT services for the company’s clients (MasterMinds, BoConcept, Prunelle, Khoury Law Ferm, Babel Restaurants), and performing daily check-up and emergency visits including:
• Installing and connecting work stations and providing end-users with internet access.
• Supporting LAN/WAN, network segments and Maintaining IP Addresses.
• Managing servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, digital assistance devices, smartphones, security updates, patches, and surveillance systems.
• Managing domain controller including Microsoft exchange server.
• Providing guidance to employees on different problems and troubleshoots that might occur to their work stations while using the network (locally and remotely).
• Preventive maintenance to secure the client’s network and ensure the system’s safety.

Babel Restaurants (Amchit, Dbayeh, Zeitouna bay) July 2014 - February 2015:
Additionally to providing IT services to Babel as a company’s client, I was requested by Babel through my company to join their team as a full-time IT technician, and handling additional responsibilities autonomously:
• Participating in projects to enhance the quality and efficiency of the new reservation system CRM
• Dealing with third-party suppliers/Technical Companies
• Maintaining Point of Sale systems and providing a stable network connection
• Creating and configuring email accounts for all users
• Checking daily automatic backup
• Providing daily tasks report
• Performing any other IT relevant duties during working hours and when necessary after working hour on-call work.
- Providing English commentary coverage of local soccer games.
- Conducting interviews with football celebrities and management of clubs involved
• Performing installations and maintenance measures on different company’s devices (laptops, desktops, communications equipment, tablets, smart phones, printers, LAN\WAN and IP addresses Maintenance.
• Managing Domain Controller, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server and DHCP Server.
• Installing and maintaining HR, Financial and Accounting Platforms and software (Majjaz, ICBS, SAGE, OMEGA, and STR).
• Troubleshooting different security Systems (surveillance cameras and access control doors).
• Installing workstations and Troubleshooting network operating system both software and hardware.
