implementation and increase employee performance.
• Warehouse Department: Checked raw materials, primary and
secondary packing materials, weighing rooms readiness, and
compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Verify that
the quality system is used for raw material storage (First in First Out).
• • Packaging Department: GMPs compliance should be checked in
packaging Department (insert folding, print, over print, & packaging
room), Check that the insert and box have the same production date,
expiry date, and Batch number, item code, revision number, & clear
font, etc.
• Production Department: Ensure the receipt of raw materials,
packaging materials, and batch file conformity; ensure the cleanliness
of production rooms; sign production room line clearance; and take
samples to confirm (QA Challenge Test), etc.
